Terms of Service

By accessing aegisadvisorygroup.net or engaging Aegis Advisory Group LLC ("Aegis," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

We provide custom web design, branding, SEO, and website-maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work ("SOW") that you accept in writing or by payment.

Unless otherwise stated in the SOW: (a) a 50% deposit is required to begin work; (b) the remaining balance is due before final files are released or a site goes live; (c) monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All fees are in U.S. dollars and non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in your SOW.

You agree to: (a) provide timely access to accounts, content, brand assets, and feedback we reasonably need to perform the work; (b) ensure you own or have rights to all materials you provide; (c) review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of delivery. Project delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final, delivered creative assets specific to your project (final website code, logo files, copy created for you). Aegis retains ownership of: pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries, mood boards, unused concepts, and the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our deliverables may rely on third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, CMS platforms, analytics, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes by those providers.

Each project includes the revision rounds defined in your SOW. Work that exceeds the agreed scope (additional pages, redesigns after approval, new features) is billed at our then-current hourly rate or quoted as a change order.

We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, services and deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees earned through the termination date and for any non-refundable third-party costs we incurred on your behalf. Maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
